Rahwa Tesfay

Rahwa is a junior from Silver Spring, Maryland studying mechanical engineering. She was on the chassis subteam her freshman year, where she designed and manufactured the motor sprocket adapter for the drivetrain. As a sophomore she became the chassis lead, and now leads NFR as project manager. When not working on Formula, you can find her playing for the Club Ultimate Frisbee team, listening to k-pop, or cheering on the Baltimore Ravens.

Matt Hosemann

Matt is a senior from Oakland, California studying mechanical engineering. He has spent three years with the team—as an electrical enclosure designer, battery pack engineer, and integration engineer—and now leads the team as chief engineer. When not working on Formula, Matt is usually playing soccer, at the gym, or stressing about not working on Formula.

Autumn Wang

Autumn is a sophomore from Lincolnshire, Illinois, and Wuhan, China, studying economics and psychology. In freshman year, she was primarily involved in social media outreach and the business presentation on the operations subteam, of which Autumn is extremely excited to lead this season. Outside of Formula, she’s usually found swimming in SPAC, cramming for her next midterm, or finding food in Chinatown.
